Harlan is a guy you want working for you. He is tenacious, responsive, transparent, fast, and of course, experienced with all things real estate. He has an uncanny sense for what a property will sell for. We once walked a place that was just listed for $650k, within minutes he was like “this will sell for $750”. We didn’t place an offer as it wasn’t the one for us, but I checked ~6 weeks later and sure enough it had sold $100k over asking at exactly $750k. Similar things happened several other times. He knows when something will go fast and what terms it’ll take to get a deal done. He’s also well connected…pretty much every time we engaged with another party he had had some previous experience with the other agent. Highly recommended!
