Harlan did a fantastic job working with me and the seller to complete the transaction despite several complicated issues. He negotiated excellently to provide me with a great house at a great final price and was able to include some repairs required that were paid for by the seller.
He took the extra steps to work with my lender to insure issues/roadblocks were dealt with expeditiously to make the transaction as smooth as possible.
