I read the first review on this website and was able to say that it was correct to a tee – except that he found me the house I wanted in 3 days! I was up here from L.A. just to see what all was in the area and what I could get for my money. Harlan knew the areas and the houses in them, so that weekend we looked and I bought. I was very at ease with Harlan from the get go and felt that he had my interests at heart. Plus, I had never had to do the mortgage thing and he was right there with the people to contact (who, by the way, were wonderful). I am grateful to Harlan for making this first time buy so easy.
