Harlan was just fantastic. He walked us though every step of the home buying process with through, repeated hand holding and explanations. He is a very patient and knowledgeable in contracts, processes, the local markets that you are shopping or selling in. He was consistently available and responsive to answering all questions and concerns throughout the process via phone, text, e-mail during all hours and even met in person to hold our hands though the inspection appointment. He arranged with the sellers to repair some items on the house before purchase and was even willing to call the lenders for us on several occasions to find out where we were in the lending process.
