I bought my house through Harlan and he was great then. What was even more surprising was Harlan’s performance and advocacy of me when I sold that same house through Harlan. From initial consideration of selling to assistance with preparation to the sale to the closing, all of my expectations were exceeded. Everything was performed on a timeline that could cause whiplash, but in a good way! Throughout the entire process, Harlan was helpful and demonstrated deep knowledge and understanding of the Portland market. If I were to remain in Portland, I would absolutely use him again for any purchase or sale.
