The bid we placed on the house we ended up buying wasn't even the highest offer, but Harlan had the due diligence to find out what we would need to win. Harlan got us all the concessions we asked for from the seller, and knew exactly what to ask for, even when we didn't. On top of everything, we got a great list of vendors; insurance, movers, home cleaning, roofers; for helping us *after* we moved! If you want someone who knows the Portland market, is going to move fast, and get you into a new home quickly, you can't get much better than Harlan!
