Harlan was great to work with - I found him by researching agents who were well versed in investment style realty, 1031 exchanges, etc. since I was trying to get a portfolio started and knew very little at the time. He's a great mentor and even after purchasing my property he's still helping me navigate rental agreements and everything. He clearly has experience negotiating and navigating the psychology behind getting a deal done. We got our property for almost $40k under asking when all was said and done, and he connected us with a mortgage broker that would help with our non-traditional loan. He was super on top of things and connected me to trustworthy contractors to weigh in on inspection details.
