He made arrangements so we could view the house with someone else, and then took many hours out of his vacation time to find internet cafes he could work from to fill out all the necessary online forms for the offer paperwork. It was bank-owned, so it took a while to close, and there were a lot of uncertain moments during negotiations. Harlan was great at handling the bureaucracy that went with the process, and we ended up with an awesome house that had everything we'd wanted and then some, and stayed within our price range. He has also given us some great referrals for contractors!

He arranged with the sellers to repair some items on the house before purchase and was even willing to call the lenders for us on several occasions to find out where we were in the lending process. Harlan is a dedicated, seasoned negotiator willing to go the extra mile to get you the best deal on both the house that you are looking to purchase and the one that you are trying to sell.
