He was consistently available and responsive to answering all questions and concerns throughout the process via phone, text, e-mail during all hours and even met in person to hold our hands though the inspection appointment. He arranged with the sellers to repair some items on the house before purchase and was even willing to call the lenders for us on several occasions to find out where we were in the lending process. Harlan is a dedicated, seasoned negotiator willing to go the extra mile to get you the best deal on both the house that you are looking to purchase and the one that you are trying to sell. We felt well represented the entire time and would recommend him everyone.
